Gartner: AI Engineering Teams May Shrink to 3 People

Gartner predicts that some engineering teams leveraging AI could be streamlined down to just 3 members. The upside of this shift is reduced communication overhead, accelerating correct decision-making. Conversely, a smaller team also means fewer dissenting voices, potentially allowing flawed decisions to be pushed through just as quickly.
