Alchemy to Support Python Workers

Starting from the next version, Alchemy will support Python Workers.
Currently, it only supports uv workflows. The author mentioned that if you are using other tools, you can provide feedback, and support may be expanded later. The accompanying images show the project structure for worker.py and an example of running a Python entry point via a Cloudflare Worker.
