Claude Code Updates CLI Behavior

Claude Code 2.1.215 has been released, bringing two main CLI changes:
- The documentation now designates ripgrep as the primary search tool to provide a faster, more consistent codebase search experience.
- The /verify and /code-review skills no longer run automatically and must be explicitly triggered manually, preventing the accidental invocation of extra checks.
