seq2fun: Predict Non-Coding Variants via Conversational Interface

To address the complexity of code and environment setup in predicting non-coding variants, the seq2fun model can now be deployed and used via a simple conversational interface on the Chorus platform. Developed by Dmitry Penzar, Luca Pinello, et al., this tool significantly lowers the barrier to using AI models in genomics.
