Tencent unveiled its latest service humanoid robot, "XiaoLiu", at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC). The robot is capable of autonomously providing massage services, making it suitable for nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and massage clinics.
- Technical Features: Employs a tendon-driven system integrating force, tactile, and visual perception to achieve agile and safe human-robot interaction.
- Form Evolution: Evolved from Tencent's 2024 wheeled quadruped hybrid robot "XiaoWu", featuring wheeled mobility and a chest-mounted interactive screen.
- Application Philosophy: Designed to free caregivers from repetitive and physically demanding tasks rather than completely replacing human labor, allowing them to focus on personalized, high-value care.
