Grok Terminal Tool Updates

Grok Build version 0.2.105 brings a batch of updates tailored for coding and terminal workflows.
Key changes include: the default model switching to Grok 4.5 with support for high/medium/low reasoning effort; /btw is now usable in grok --minimal; the new /summarize command generates instant session summaries; local shell tools now inherit standard environment variables, aliases, and functions. Improvements were also made to long conversation compression, global rule discovery, scrolling performance, and multiple bug fixes.
