Musk: Fully AI Companies Will Crush Non-AI Ones

Elon Musk argues that "fully AI companies" will completely crush "non-fully AI companies". Using the analogy that a laptop running a spreadsheet beats a whole building of human calculators, he points out that in digital systems, keeping even a tiny fraction of manual steps causes a cliff-like collapse in overall advantage.
Over the past century, companies measured strength by headcount (seats in a skyscraper); but in the AI era, employee count is no longer a symbol of advantage, but an indicator of vulnerability and obsolescence risk. Companies currently merely "integrating AI" are essentially paving the way for their own complete replacement.
