Adding Cross-Session Memory to Claude Code

This is a plugin/solution to add persistent memory to Claude Code. By integrating with Supermemory, the agent can remember past actions across different sessions and projects. The page highlights features like team memory, auto-saving at the end of sessions, and per-repo configuration, aiming to reduce the overhead of repeatedly injecting context.
