Using Algorithms as Company Coaches
RayDalio · x · 2026-07-18
Ray Dalio envisions a company operating model: converting almost all important matters in a business into data, letting algorithms analyze information and give personalized advice like a 'coach'.
He emphasizes that such a system does not need to force people to accept advice, but can continuously learn team behavior to help improve decision-making; also, because the algorithm logic is transparent, anyone can evaluate its fairness and participate in shaping it.
