Tencent Unveils Enterprise AI Agent Products
智东西 · wechat · 2026-07-18
During the 2026 WAIC, Tencent announced a batch of embodied intelligence and enterprise-grade agent products. These include three embodied models, the TairosAgent embodied AI framework, the Apexio agent, and an upgraded Tairos platform. For the enterprise sector, they launched the ADP4.0 overseas edition and the desktop agent WorkBuddyApp.
The article heavily focuses on the practical challenges of deploying enterprise agents: legacy system API deficits, knowledge governance, permissions and auditing, Token cost control, and FDE delivery models. Tencent Cloud reported that customer demand for enterprise agents and usage of the ADP platform have at least doubled year-over-year. They predict that agents will coexist with traditional ERP/CRM systems long-term, evolving into a collaborative architecture of a "central agent + existing systems."
