At WAIC, Tec-Do launched Navos 2.0, upgrading its multi-agent product to an agentic workflow architecture, and announced a partnership with OpenAI.

Efficiency Gains: Product selection shortened from 1-3 months (for a 6-7 person team) to 10-20 minutes; creatives scaled from one video per week to dozens of variants daily; influencer outreach boosted from 20 per day to over 100 at once.
A2A Agent Commerce: Tec-Do and OpenAI are partnering. Tec-Do handles B2B product info structuring (AEO optimization, agent product pages, paid placements), while OpenAI manages the C2C experience. Li Shuhao predicts A2A will transform shopping decisions within 2-3 years.
Internal Org Application: The company runs 2,000-3,000 agents, automating P4-P5 repetitive tasks, with P6-P8 employees using them as assistants. The talent standard has shifted to "Do the job, not the task."
Skill Market: Expert workflows are captured as standard Skills for new users to adopt directly, similar to Shopify templates.
