AWS Launches Amazon Quick Sales Assistant
AWS ML Blog · rss · 2026-07-18
The AWS ML Blog introduced Amazon Quick, an agentic AI assistant designed for sales teams to transform "Q&A" into "action" and "results." It integrates with CRMs, emails, Slack, support tickets, and web data, enabling sales professionals to dedicate more time to closing deals.
Key capabilities highlighted include:
- Lead scoring and prioritization: Automatically identifies the most promising opportunities based on interaction signals, stagnation, and competitive pressure
- Personalized outreach: Generates highly contextual emails using data from CRMs, internal docs, and external signals
- Daily sales workflows: Activity reminders, meeting prep, QBR material/deck generation, and call recording scoring
- Automated CRM updates: Writes conversation summaries, risk flags, and next steps directly back to Salesforce
AWS also emphasized that Quick can execute workflows via reusable skills and embed seamlessly into Microsoft 365 environments like Outlook and Teams. The post cited 3M, AWS Global Sales, and Amazon itself as current users of Quick.
