New Video Restyling Workflow Released
OdinLovis · x · 2026-07-18
fal shared a new video restyling workflow that combines Video Depth Anything with Seedance 2.0. It uses depth information to preserve the original video's motion and composition while replacing the visual style with a target aesthetic.
The general workflow is as follows:
- First, restyle the video's first frame to the target style;
- Extract stable depth information from the source video;
- Use this depth to guide Seedance 2.0 throughout the entire sequence;
- Finally, complete the style transfer while preserving the original action and camera structure as much as possible.
This is a highly practical production pipeline for creating stylized videos using existing assets.
