Tyler Cowen believes that the AI era will create a vast number of "meaningful future job opportunities."
For example, he cites going to Kenya to help build "acceptable AI" locally. Such roles could generate tremendous social value while offering incredibly rich work and life experiences. He views these types of positions as a significant source of future employment.
