How to Automate Deployment and Secrets Management

While taking on more agentic engineering projects, the author found that deployment and provisioning have become bottlenecks, especially as configurations for environment variables, API keys, Cloudflare, S3, and Mongo become increasingly scattered. They want to move away from relying on Web UIs and manage these resources in a more automated, reusable way. The author is currently exploring Railway, Doppler, Infisical, IaC, and Pulumi, and is asking the community for practical advice.
