Humanoid Robots Fight in UFC-Style Bouts

China has released another highly viral robot demo: staging a UFC-style fighting tournament using humanoid robots, aptly named URKL (Ultimate Robot Knockout Legend).
The focus of this post isn't the underlying model, but rather the presentation of humanoid robot combat as entertainment/sports: placing robots in a "fight ring" context is naturally perfect for viral sharing and derivative content.
