Three Elements Form a Flywheel

The author states that this is the flywheel effect: it requires no deliberate design. As long as these three elements exist sequentially for their own logical purposes, the system will naturally triangulate and validate them.
In other words, once state, conversation, and intent coexist, the cost of continuously updating the context is absorbed by the system itself.
