The author proposes a three-pillar framework: State, Conversation, and Intent. None of them are sufficient in isolation; only by continuously observing all three together can we build a system that doesn't require manual maintenance.
This serves as the overarching theme for the entire discussion. Subsequent points will expand these three concepts into intent capture, the reasoning layer within conversations, and the actual state of the infrastructure.
