Leadership Is the Real Key to AI Transformation
ingliguori · x · 2026-07-17
The author argues that the true challenge in the AI era is leadership, not technology. Most companies purchase AI tools, but few genuinely become AI-driven organizations because buying tools is easy, while driving transformation is hard.
They suggest enterprises must answer five key questions: Which tasks should be phased out due to AI? Which decisions must remain human-led? How can processes be redesigned rather than simply automated? What new skills do employees need? And how can success be measured beyond mere "efficiency gains"?
The conclusion: AI won't automatically transform a company. The real differentiator is whether leaders can fundamentally evolve business operations alongside AI.
