Hands-On Comparison: Fable vs Sol

The author subscribes to both Claude Max and GPT Pro, using ClaudeCode and Codex respectively in his daily work.
His hands-on impressions:
- Sol requires more hand-holding, is more prone to errors, and struggles to grasp the overall context.
- He wouldn't trust Sol to independently complete an entire client proposal.
- Currently, Fable handles about 80% of tasks well, while Sol manages around 60%–65%. Although Sol is better than Opus, it falls short of Fable.
- Sol is better suited for highly focused, narrowly scoped tasks.
His optimal workflow: Fable handles orchestration, Sol handles execution, and combining them yields the best results.
