NFAI has announced the first round of winning projects, covering multiple AI research and engineering directions: - Autonomous Research: Paradigma - World models: Ontic Labs, UMA - Continuous learning / LSPs: After Labs - Hypernetworks: Weight Space Labs - Time series: Aionic Labs, Continuous Intelligence - Differentiable sim: Feyer - There are also **2 projects still in stealth** Supplementary information notes that these teams come from institutions like Oxford, ETH Zurich, University of St. Gallen, and University of Tübingen. The founders previously worked in AI at places like Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and Hugging Face, and will begin operations this month.
