Gemini Pro Freezes but Still Drains Quota

A user reported a severe billing issue with Gemini Pro: after submitting a prompt three consecutive times without receiving any response, the system still deducted about 7% of their quota each time.
Starting from a 0% usage rate, the three freezes instantly dropped them to 21%, wasting a massive amount of quota in just a few minutes. Furthermore, the official feedback tool only allows one screenshot upload at a time, making it difficult to provide evidence.
