RL-X Adds Multiple RL Algorithms

The RL-X repository has added implementations of several recent SOTA reinforcement learning algorithms, including BRO, SimBa, SimBa V2, XQC, FlashSAC, and REPPO.
The author states you can readily experiment with these off-policy / on-policy algorithms and mentions that Imitation Learning and Inverse RL algorithms will be added in the future.
