Mainstream AI Image Tools Struggle with Local Recoloring and Text Preservation

A user attempted to change a carpet's color to blue in an image without altering the text on it, only to find it an "impossible task." Several mainstream AI platforms, including Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Photoroom, were tested, but they all turned the original text into meaningless gibberish during editing. Although Higgsfield performed flawlessly in the first few attempts, it eventually suffered from the same text distortion issue.
