Text-to-Audio App Built with Gemini
OneMoreSuperUser · reddit · 2026-07-17
The creator used Gemini to build Frateca, a mobile app that converts arbitrary text into high-quality audio.
It supports web pages, Substack, Medium, PDFs, and copied text, and can even read text recognized from photos. The app is privacy-focused, defaulting to no permission requests, and only requires access when users actively share local files. It is currently available on iOS, Android, and the web.
