Krea 2 Releases Two Open-Source Functional LoRAs

Two functional LoRAs designed for Krea 2 local inference have been released, rather than typical style LoRAs:
- ReID Reference: By inputting an identity reference image, users can freely alter clothing, pose, composition, and background via prompts. The approach combines Qwen3-VL image conditioning, VAE reference tokens, isolated reference attention, and cached reference K/V, along with optional YuNet face-cropping assistance.
- Registered Outpaint: Places the source image at a specified location on a larger canvas and completes the missing areas. Coordinate registration aligns source tokens to the target bounding box, supporting single-pass edge placement and a two-stage approach for middle regions, finished with a short seam feather to patch joints.
Both adapters are trained on Krea 2 Raw and utilize 8-step Krea 2 Turbo for inference. The repository provides LoRA weights, pipeline code, examples, licenses, artifact hashes, and composite demo images—no hosted API required. The author also shared local processing time tests on an RTX 5090, emphasizing that a custom pipeline must be used; they cannot be loaded like standard style LoRAs.
