AI Tool Spawn's Game Quality Nears Steam Indies

A developer showcased the results of using the AI game generation tool Spawn during a game jam. In just a few hours, the developer used the tool to create a cozy life-simulation RPG.
The game features complete gameplay loops, such as exploring a forest and fulfilling quests for sprites, with beautiful visuals powered by AI-generated (fable 5) shaders. The developer noted that the gap in quality between games generated by Spawn and actual indie games on Steam is closing rapidly.
