OpenAI Foundation Hires Head of Talent

The OpenAI Foundation is still in its early stages. Woj noted that the highest-leverage move right now is to build out the organization so the mission can actually be executed.
They are currently hiring a Head of Talent responsible for finding and recruiting top-tier talent to help build the organization.
