Claude Code CLI Update: Caps on Searches and Sub-Agents

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.212 has been released, introducing several new features:
- Reset Command: Added a reset command to restore default auto-mode configurations.
- Limiting Runaway Loops: Introduced a per-session call limit for the WebSearch tool (default 200) to prevent the Agent from getting stuck in infinite search loops.
- Limiting Sub-Agents: Added a cap on the number of sub-Agents generated per session (default 200).
Additionally, the update removes and cleans up a large number of legacy environment variable configurations.
