GPT Generates Unwanted Images Again

The user notes that when they intend to generate an image by first asking GPT to "write a prompt," the model sometimes just starts generating the image immediately. To prevent this, they started appending "Do not generate an image" to all image requests.
However, when they merely wanted to edit a prompt this time, the model generated an image anyway. After pushing back against the model, the user found their own "image quota exhausted." It's a classic, amusing fail caused by model misinterpretation.
