How to Lock Seed in ltx2.3 Image-to-Video

This is a technical question regarding the ltx2.3 image-to-video workflow. Within the standard ComfyUI template, the author wants to reuse the exact same seed to upscale an already satisfactory video result into a higher resolution version.
The issues encountered are:
- Directly re-entering the seed still results in randomization during generation.
- Attempting to bypass the random noise node in the "Generate Low Resolution" section throws an error, and the seed number automatically changes.
- Modifying the seed in the high-resolution related nodes also fails to resolve the random reset issue.
The author is looking for a way to truly lock the seed in order to perform high-resolution regeneration based on the exact same initial result.
