SeedVR2 INT8 Conversion Yields 1.5x Speedup in Tests

The author tested the SeedVR2 INT8 convort pipeline on custom AInVFX / NumZ nodes for long video batch processing.
On an RTX 3070 with a 3B parameter model, performance improved by roughly 1.5×. However, the author notes that the visual quality difference compared to Q8.gguf is negligible, making the effort a matter of personal preference.
