Anthropic's "Durable Advantage" Theory Questioned

The author argues that Anthropic's so-called "durable advantage" theory is looking increasingly ridiculous, as there is no evidence to suggest China will struggle to keep up as models advance.
The author further points out that this essentially undermines Anthropic's policy recommendations—and this time, "distillation" can't be used as an excuse.
