Driving Persona Agents via GitHub CLI

The author describes a simple loop: label an issue (e.g., PRD, QA, sprint), execute /heartbeat, and the corresponding persona will process it and leave a comment.
The entire workflow requires no separate server, running completely headless via the GitHub CLI.
