Economist Andrew Koh Joins Columbia for AI Governance

Andrew Koh, who recently earned his PhD in Economics from MIT, officially joined Columbia University last week as an Assistant Professor of Economics. He stated that he will continue his in-depth research into game theory and mechanism design, applying these frameworks to the economics, governance, and value alignment of powerful AI systems.
