Gemini API Updates Managed Agents

Google has updated Managed Agents in the Gemini API:
- Added a free tier to help more users get started
- Introduced budget control guardrails to cap agent task costs
- Support for scheduled triggers to automatically run agent tasks on a schedule
This builds upon existing Managed Agents capabilities, with the official team noting that the feature is iterating on a weekly release cadence.
