AI Could Significantly Boost Public Sector Efficiency

The author believes AI has massive room to improve public sectors in low-income countries.
The reasoning is that when these countries try to modernize, their biggest bottleneck is often not a lack of vision, but rather insufficient human capital and low operational efficiency in the public sector. AI could provide significant help in administrative execution, service delivery, and process management.
