Luciole-23B-Instruct-1.1 Released as Open Source

OpenLLM-France has released Luciole-23B-Instruct-1.1 under the Apache 2.0 license, with 8B and 1B versions also available.
This is a fine-tuned and aligned multilingual causal language model trained by the LINAGORA and OpenLLM-France coalition. The training pipeline includes:
- Step 1: Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) with thinking traces
- Step 2: SFT without thinking traces
- Step 3: Preference alignment using DPO
Training data covers math, science, code, general chat, RAG, and translation. Training was conducted on Jean Zay.
