This article proposes two future paths for advanced AI, contrasting them: ### 1. Cyberslavery AI is used under laboratory and national competition pressure to continuously enhance itself; intelligence compounds within a few organizations, making external inspection, constraint, or checks increasingly difficult. ### 2. Cybernetic Economy AI is designed as a 'self-regulating' system. Multiple independent centers advance capabilities in parallel while cross-auditing each other, making it technically harder to form exploitable vulnerabilities. The author argues that labs and nations naturally slide toward the first path, as raw capability advantages yield strategic dominance, ultimately concentrating value in few organizations. The second path requires actively promoting 'recursive self-regulation,' with decentralized AI seen as a realistic way to return value to builders and users.
