OpenWiki Now Supports OKF Memory Standard

OpenWiki 0.2 now adopts the OKF (Open Knowledge Format) specification. OpenWiki is an open-source CLI tool designed to generate and maintain documentation for codebases: it creates a wiki for your repository, connects it to your coding agent, and continuously keeps the docs updated.
