ChatGPT Custom Instructions Limit Expanded to 5,000 Characters

The character limit for ChatGPT's Custom instructions has been increased from 1,500 to 5,000.
This means users can now write much longer and more detailed preference instructions, making it easier for GPT to follow specific requirements across projects, bots, or other workflows.
