OpenWiki Adopts OKF Specification

Starting from version 0.2, OpenWiki adopts the OKF specification. As an open-source CLI, it aims to generate and maintain documentation wikis for code repositories, connecting them directly to your coding agent to keep docs continuously updated.
The core focus here isn't just "writing docs," but rather structuring repository knowledge to feed into agents. This makes the agent more stable and automated when coding, understanding projects, and syncing documentation.
