Idea: Using Historical Predicted Events as RL Environment

The author presents a novel idea for RL environments: using "predictions of the future" to build environments. Since post-training occurs after the knowledge cutoff, models don't know real events after that date. Thus, these already-occurred historical events can be used as ground-truth to construct large datasets for evaluating and training models' prediction and reasoning abilities.
