Mandrake: Designing Gene-Editing Nanomachines with AI

Proteins are essentially nanomachines capable of changing shape and performing actual work (for instance, gene editors are molecular machines that find and cut specific DNA). Currently, humanity still relies primarily on extracting and tweaking these machines from nature. The Mandrake project aims to change this paradigm by deeply understanding and leveraging AI technology to design entirely new protein machines from scratch.
