A developer benchmarked terminal tools under heavy multi-Agent CLI usage. They highly recommend a free, open-source terminal app that remained incredibly smooth while running nearly 10 Agent CLIs simultaneously: no lag, input delay, or crashes, with average CPU usage at just 10% and memory around 266MB. In contrast, Warp (600MB) and Ghostty (366MB) consume significantly more memory even when idle.
