Apache Ossie Semantic Metadata Standard
apache · github · 2026-07-16
Apache Ossie is an industry-wide standardization effort aiming to unify semantic metadata exchange across analytics, AI, and BI platforms, allowing different systems to share a vendor-neutral "single source of truth."
Rather than focusing on model capabilities, it tackles infrastructure challenges related to metadata, semantic layers, and cross-platform interoperability.
