shadcn notes that changing /grill-me to /batch-grill-me significantly improved the workflow:
- A previous setup required 13 questions across 13 interaction rounds; the new batch approach condenses this to just 3 rounds.
- The system now only asks follow-up questions on "frontier issues"—those independent of other decisions.
- Additionally, research tasks are offloaded to background agents for parallel execution, preventing main workflow blockages.
