Add Adjustable Parameters to Interactive Charts

The author notes that when creating interactive articles, the charts themselves must be interactive. While agents excel at generating these charts, users often want to tweak parameters themselves.
Moonshine's approach avoids re-prompting for every minor change. Instead, it has the agent set up operable knobs directly, allowing users to make adjustments in the UI before saving them back to the article.
