Gemma 4 Silently Updated to Fix Tool Calling

According to The Decoder, Gemma 4 was quietly updated under the same name, fixing tool calling bugs and response truncation issues.
The update also brings performance improvements, including faster inference speeds on Nvidia Hopper GPUs. Despite retaining its name, the model's behavior and operational performance have materially changed.
