Just five weeks after Andrej Karpathy joined Anthropic, someone obtained their team's daily Claude.md config file and put it to the test in their own workflow.
The result was a noticeable shift in Claude's response style and effectiveness: instead of generic default outputs, it reasoned more closely aligned with the author's own tone and preferences.
